We pride ourselves on paying attention to all of the small details to make your wedding day go as smoothly as possible. Our all inclusive day-of coordination package starts at $1,000 and includes a custom timeline, in-person meetings prior to your wedding day, consistent communication, and our complete dedication on the day of. From sun up to sun down, we are here for it all!
Day of coordination package -$1,000
-Assist with directing the bridal party during “getting ready” and ceremony.
-Discussing things with guests (at your discretion - “No phones,” time to leave, following bride and groom’s “rules”)
-Be sure that vendors are in place at the correct time (DJ, Photo, Cake, Caterer, Floral, etc) - I will get a vendor list from you with their contact information and will do all communicating with them the day of your wedding to take it off of your plate.
-Customized timeline tailored to your special day (we will meet/zoom call prior to your big day to ensure your timeline is secured and to exchange vendor information)
-Follow schedule that’s been set in place (walking down aisle, toasts, bouquet toss, dinner, cocktail hour, send-off, special dances, cake cutting, etc)
-Help create a layout for your ceremony & reception venues
-Walkthrough of both your ceremony and reception venue prior to your big day to discuss your vision
-Coordinate with photographer to ensure times are set for photos (getting ready, first look, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, send-off, etc)
-Cut and serve cake
-Stock food and drinks stations throughout reception (napkins, utensils, plates, drinks, appetizers, etc)
-Make sure nothing is forgotten or overlooked
-Set up decor for reception/guests if needed (*available for an extra fee - this will be discussed prior to your big day to ensure we are executing your vision properly)
